Re: Support status for C++03 (std=c++03) in Boost [Version] on RHEL 9

I believe 1.83 was the last version that had any substantial C++03 support,
but there were already many libraries in there that didn't.

There haven't been any security backports to that, but I'm not aware of any
security fixes in any of the libraries, so you may be okay there.
