Library specific logo in quickbook docs

Hi,

I know number of boost libraries have developed custom library logo images. 
Yet quickbook generated documentation does not provide a way to author to 
use this logo in docs.

I see few options how to address this. Simplest is to allow the generated 
pages to refer to specific logo in top left corner. On variation of that 
can be that the library top page can still refer to the common boost logo, 
while subsequent library pages can refer to library specific logo. 

Another alternative can be to find new place in doc page structure for 
library specific logo.

What do you think? How difficult would be to implement this?
