[boost.test] Documentation update of master

Hi all,

Gennadiy just merged the develop version to master. I was wondering if 
the doc of the master branch of boost.test is planned to appear here
http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/master/doc/html/

or if there is some missing configuration. As ppl may have noticed, we 
are not using the same tools for generating the documentation as for the 
versions <= 1.58, but this setup is working for develop.

Also for the develop documentation
http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/develop/libs/test/doc/html/index.html

we do not have the boost greenish header. If I recall this is due to the 
fact that boost.test was not using quickbook so far, and the tweaking of 
css is done per library and not per version of the library.
Would it be possible to remedy to this?
