website branches

It seems like git branches for the website repository might need some cleanup:

- The 'dev' branch was last updated in 2011
- The 'pr/62', 'sandbox/boost_docs/trunk' and 'workspace' branches appear to be
   temporary in nature

Any objections if I delete those?

- There are a couple of release notes on 'beta' that are not on 'master'.

Should I have merged those to master by hand? Should I have committed those
to master directly?
