How should we handle the license in the shared code? In the code
that I've copied from boost.python (for instance inheritance.cpp), I have
simply kept the license note in file and added a line with my name
(where I've made enough changes to justify it..), like so:

// Copyright David Abrahams 2002.
// Copyright Daniel Wallin 2003.
// Permission to copy, use,
// etc etc..

Is this acceptable practice? Should we decide upon a common license for all
boost-langbinding code?
