numeric bindings with atlas & lapack

Hello,

I'm using the Boost numeric bindings for using LAPACK calls with the Ublas datatypes.
I'm building ATLAS & LAPACK in combination on my *nix systems. On Windows the
ATLAS build is very difficult, so can I use numeric bindings without ATLAS (CBLAS)
calls?
