Update uBLAS in Boost parent repo?

I see that uBLAS have not been updated in the Boost parent repo since Boost
1.59. This means that several fixes have waited for more than a year
without being released. I'm personally waiting for a for fixed_vector fix
from August 2015 to be released.

Any plans to update uBLAS soon?
