[cairo-announce] [ANNOUNCE] pixman release 0.24.2 now available

A new pixman release 0.24.2 is now available. This is a stable bug fix
release.

News:
        - Runtime detection of ARM NEON on Android
        - MMX build fix for Solaris
        - Fix for broken gradients with repeat mode NONE
        - Misc. other bug fixes.
