Hi Maarten, thanks for the tips. I'll try again later with the new
sources, in the meantime I'm working with cherry-picked dlls (a bit
older) from the GTK+ website. I'll try mingw on a Linux next time
(mingw+msys on windows looks even more like cross-compilation than the
other way around).
