Hi Henry,

I can't reproduce the problem you are having. Both patches apply fine in
the tree I have (latest master dc8a710f).

I rebased the 'gles2-shader-npot-repeat' branch (without any issues)
onto the latest master and pushed it here if you would prefer to use
it:
