Correct.  I hacked devcairo in libgs during a flight back from LGM where Ralph
and I were on the same flight...

It probably would take a determined person a couple nights worth of hacking to
bring it up to an acceptable level (add image and text handling, perhaps more
work for gradients).

Unfortunately I don't see myself working on it.
