[cairo-announce] [ANNOUNCE] pixman release 0.27.4 now available

A new pixman release 0.27.4 is now available. This is a release
candidate for a stable 0.28.0 release.

News:

   * Improvements to the MIPS DSPr2 backend
   * Compositing wide formats is done with floating point
   * A large number of bug fixes
