Chris, others,

Can you please roll a cairo release?  I just finished debugging a very hard to
understand bug, that turned out to have been fixed since last release by
0c2faf6621c4983e2ec2bea7c722a5cd3d89cc6d.  I'm sure there are many other
valuable fixes in the tree since.  Care to roll a release?
