I am trying to figure out an equivalent pixman patch. I posted part of 
it to the pixman mailing list but it does not yet change the GOOD/BEST 
settings into filters. If I finish this I will make sure the patch is 
posted both to pixman and cairo lists so everybody is aware of it.
