Changes from previous version of these patches:

- Renamed PIXMAN_KERNEL_IMPULSE to NEAREST to match PIXMAN_FILTER_NEAREST
- Use NEAREST for mirror reflections if possible
- Code cleanup to reduce diff and to use pixman coding standards
