Stable 1.12 release

Hi list, I really need a stable 1.12 release. 1.14.0 is a dot-oh release, the last 1.12 is over a year old and contains several crasher bugs already fixed in the 1.12 branch. I've been waiting for it for seven weeks now, during which time two existing Cairo devs have promised to do it; both dates have passed and nothing happened. Is anybody planning to do such a release this week? If not, may I get commit access to do it myself?
