Can't speak for others but with my Cairo time being a bit scarcer this year, my eye has been limited mainly to this mailing list; I may look at the bug tracker once every couple months. So if you have urgent patches post them here (`git send-patch` is the best way to do this.) Also btw we now have Patchwork for Cairo, so patches sent here to this list will also show up there: http://patchwork.freedesktop.org/project/cairo/list/ It's an empty list right now. I've asked to have historical mailing list data fed in, but admin time is pretty short so I'm guessing it's unlikely to happen. Fortunately I think I've been pretty diligent at scooping up mailing list patches for the past year or two; if you know of anything still outstanding for Cairo that ought to go in, please drop me note.
