Ah, you wont find it w/ a simple grep, as the situation is a bit more complex (took me a while to sort that out): In older versions, the composite_polygon_info_t had a callback vector, which had been initialized to one of the *_add_polygon() functions. That's gone for quite some time. As the _composite_polygon_spans() functions of the i915 / i965 create an cairo_botor_scan_converter_t, I've guessed that it's *_add_polygon() function needs to be called here.
