Ok. I don't have too much time right now, but I merged patches 4, 5, 6, 7 and
61. Note that I had to fix patches 5 and 7 to follow the coding style ("foo ()"
instead of "foo()" and "! a" instead of "!a"). Thus, you'll have to expect some
conflicts when rebasing. Sorry for that.
