Pycairo seems to be dead. I did some hacks to the Python 3 version
<https://github.com/ldo/pycairo> to give it a sane setup.py among other
small fixes, then gave up when I realized that a language binding done
in pure Python would work much better <https://github.com/ldo/qahirah>.
