fill exact pixels

Hello colleagues,
i'm (not alone) trying to build a regression test and it would be nice
to build the test like drawing something to a image surface and
compare the bitmap (with the target).
Can i assume that i get exactly filled pixels with
* drawing lines with
* linewidth as even integer
* coordinates (transformed) as integers
* CAIRO_LINE_CAP_SQUARE?
So avoiding any anti-aliasing.
