Hi folks,

I've seen there's a lot of semantic overlap between xorg video drivers
and cairo/drm, so I wonder whether we could put these two things
together.

a) a cairo backend entirely based on xorg video drivers
b) generic xorg-video driver ontop of cairo
c) make xorg directly based ontop of cairo, move all drivers to cairo
and completely drop the video driver layer
d) invent an more generic graphics driver layer, which both are based on

what do you think about that ?
