hyperlink support for SVG output

Hi,

I recently discovered that cairo 1.16 will support hyperlinks in the pdf
backend.  Another image format that naturally supports hyperlinks is svg;
are there any plans to support hyperlinks there too (hopefully using a
similar API)?
