Missing fix in stable release

Hi,

we would need to have this commit https://cgit.freedesktop.org/cairo/commit/src/cairo-scaled-font.c?id=72c9a022ac2f1b9c9afa349e0977dcd89fa56f2d in a stable release. Without this fix the 64bit application fails due to the incorrect scaled_font pointer ( scaled_font = (cairo_scaled_font_t *) page->cache_entry.hash; ).
