Fix double-free or corruption in tor22

Hi,
I have a PR fixing a double-free or corruption in tor22 at
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/cairo/cairo/merge_requests/10, which has not
seen any activity for a few months.  The original bug report and suggested
patch were provided years ago in
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/cairo/cairo/issues/44.
Let me know if there anthing I can do to get it reviewed (and hopefully
merged).
