cppunit-1.8.0 with TestRunnerDSPlugInD.dl does not l

Hello,

i would like to integrate the TestRunnerDSPlugInD.dll into my Testrunner application, but unfortunately i haven't it managed yet. 
By double -clicking of a failure line in the testrunner GUI the reported file is not opened in VC++ as proposed. I can't see any function from the plugin is used.
I' m using the libraries cppunitd.lib and testrunnerd.lib in my application. 
What is wrong here ?
In the documentation is stated that the plugin works with testrunner.lib. But this library is not part of the release 1.8.0 

Is there any documention how i can get it work successfully or can you give me another hint?
