CppUnit v2.0 and -pedantic

	Hi,

It would be good if the upcoming version of CppUnit could be compiled with 
-pedantic -Wall -W -ansi.

Right now, these flags generates some warning each time I recompile the 
tests for my project and this is annoying. The warnings are quite easy to 
fix, it is just about unused arguments in the class Test.
