Some compilers need a little extra help and compile this code
if modified to 

MySolver.template AddExpression<1>(e1);

So far so good. I do not remember the rules exactly, but I thought
the "template" keyword even was required by now, so I gave it a try
with my most up-to-date compilers:

Intel-9.0 and gcc-4.2-snapshot accept the code _without_ it!

Here I am smashing my head on the table again.
I will take the time to reread Vandevoorde/Josuttis and probably 
post some question on c.l.c++.m to get sure about this issue.
Will this story never end?
