Dear Jeroen, Thank you for the information about FxMessageChannel. I was actually able to migrate my application to FOX 1.7 replacing FXGUISignal. Please note that I was sort of forced to move two fox 1.7 because the previous release didn't properly work with high DPI screen. I hope that the 1.7 branch will be finalized and declared as the stable branch. I have also another question, mostly unrelated. Font rendering on Linux looks out of place because it doesn't use subpixel rendering but only grayscale rendering behaving differently than native applications. I am wondering why this happened and how it could be fixed. In Linux it would be nice to mimic the appearance of native applications and this would require using the same font rendering settings and use the system theme colors. I understand this is a difficult thing to implement but IMHO that would be a really nice improvement.
