Good point.

The website is showing its age, and I've decided to perform major
upgrade on all of it; also, there'll be a new machine serving up
the web page [faster].

I've updated the download links to use http rather than ftp, since
many browsers have dropped support for ftp protocol.  The ftp site
is still up, so you can continue to use it.

But default should be via web, not ftp.  Please realize the site
is being transitioned and not all links will be working.

I'll update the static pages to the new urls soon.
