New snapshot available

Minor issues discovered in FXUnits:

  - few units out of order;
  - lookup failed when incoming unit was followed by certain types of punctuation;
  - optical units now more accurate conversion factors;
  - eliminated and inlined body of some functions into parse code.
  - new options in units.cpp test program.

If you find errors in conversion table, or simply units that differ from official
standards organization's recommended values, please drop me a line...
