[PATCH 0/1] Add *CMSPAR* constant description

Hello every one, I've been working with uart and noticed that
in *info* documentation there wasn't mentions about mark parity
bit. I've looked in POSIX standart and also haven't found any
information about mark parity bit (when parity bit is 1). In termios(3)
man page from *Linux man-pages* I found constant *CMSPAR* for
control mode in termios and decided to update *info* manual (I find
*info* quiet useful especially with emacs).
(It's my first commit to glibc, so I'm ready to fix smth if needed)

  Add in *info* documentation (Low-Level Terminal Interface > Terminal
    Modes > Control Modes) *CMSPAR* constant description; *CMSPAR*
    allows to use stick parity (mark/space) instead of odd/even.
