unfortunately we could not complete the proof of tanh for the release, and
we discovered some non-correctly rounded inputs in the meantime. Once the
proof is complete, I will get in touch with Adhemerval to sync with the
new version.

I take the opportunity to thank Adhemerval for his work integrating the
CORE-MATH routines.
