There's just one such port, right? hurd-i386.

Which app defines _TIME_BITS=64 and blindly expects that to work on hurd-i386? As far as I know current Gnulib doesn't do that, nor do 'configure' scripts generated by current Autoconf. If it's just older software, or just an oddball package or two, perhaps we should let sleeping glibc dogs lie.
