* glibc-2.43 tests (mostly) fine with <10 failures

* The recently added commit b8985facc9842c8ea79583ab8b0d57b61e4191a2
  ("sparc: Fix static (non-PIE) executables when PIE is enabled by default")
  does *not* improve the situation.

* Bisection shows the following as "first bad commit":
