    resolv: More types as unknown in ns_sprintrrf (CVE-2026-5435)

    Specifically, CERT, TKEY, TSIG, OPT.  This removes the buggy
    implementations of TSIG, fixing bug 34033, and partially
    fixing bug 34069.
