ANN: ProjectCenter 0.3.5

With the great help from many contributors the GNUstep ProjectCenter 
version 0.3.5 is now available for download.

What is ProjectCenter?
======================

    ProjectCenter is a clone of the OPENSTEP ProjectBuilder application 
for
    GNUstep.

    ProjectCenter is covered under the GNU Public License.  This means 
if you
    make changes to these programs, you cannot charge a fee, other than
    distribution fees, for others to use the program. You should read the
    COPYING file for more information.

Noteworthy changes in version `0.3.5'.

    Many features have been polished and stabilised, see ChangeLog for 
the
    complete list of changes.
