I've put a compilation of all the latest documentation for GNUstep at

ftp://ftp.gnustep.org/pub/gnustep/docs/gnustep-docs-Oct2003.tar.gz

This is all the documentation you would get by making and installing the
documentation with the core libraries. You can install it in the normal
place with:

cd $GNUSTEP_SYSTEM_ROOT/Library; tar -zxf gnustep-docs-Oct2003.tar.gz
