ANN: libffi package from gcc4.2.2

This is an independent release of the libffi library taken from the  
gcc-4.2.2
source distribution. Other than minor configuration changes, it is  
identical
to the library released as part of gcc-4.2.2.  This library can be  
used as an
alternative to ffcall. libffi works on some platforms that ffcall  
does not work
on.
