This is the port of the NeXTStep/OpenStep/MacoSX image viewer :

INSTALL : 

cd Dithering.fproj/
make 
make install
cd ..
make 
make install

  * Finish all Tools in the tool Panel
  * AutoDisplay (with other format than Tiff 
  * Preference
  * Save
  * Debug the Inspector
  * Services ( and Filters )
  * Localization
