  I'm using Big-5 encoding (Traditional Chinese) and it works perfectly.
  And I finally realize that I can't recognize half of the Chinese 
characters. :)
  A bug report:
  1. Open Inspector.
  2. Select several characters and inspector changes according to the 
selection.
  3. Close Inspector and open it again.
  4. Select several characters and now, inspector doesn't change anymore.
  5. Close and open inspector again. It works now.
  In other word, it works when opened every other time.
