makefiles fixed

Hi folks,

I fixed all the makefiles for my software on gnustep.it,

  http://www.gnustep.it/marko/

This affects the following software:

* GFractal, computes several different fractals
* GPuzzle2, simulates a jigsaw puzzle
* GMines, the well-known minesweeper game
* GPSText, a GNUstep PostScript and text previewer
* GMastermind, the classic mastermind game
* GScheme, a GNUstep-aware scheme interpreter 

All packages compile without error messages now.

I also fixed a bug in GMines where it would not draw the boundaries of the
squares of the board properly, creating a board that had columns but not
rows. I added an icon to GMines.

Let me know if there are additional problems.
