Hello again,

I fixed a memory leak in Ticker.app where compiled regexps were not being
freed.

   http://www.gnustep.it/marko/Ticker/index.html.

I may decide not to use regexps at a later date and go for full unicode
compatibility but I'll leave it as is for the moment.
