GWorkspace Install Help

Hello,

I used to own a NeXT computer, and I wanted to relive the days with
GWorkspace. I am having trouble installing because it keeps telling me I
need to run the Initialization scripts first.

I tried entering:

./configure
make
make install

But after I type ./configure and press enter, I am unable to type make and
make install and It gives the run Initialization script message. Can you
give me a walk through so I can do it please?
