Are you on Windows? If not, all you need do is install sqlite and sqlite headers (dev package). If you are on windows you need install sqlite and sqlite headers too. But, the problem is that I'm not sure where you need install these (weel, in some directory inside the GNUstep directory). I will try later on a Windows machine.
