[corebase] - configuration fails because of

Hello,

while using clang to build gnustep I faced the following problem building 
packages in a PPA for Ubuntu [1]. I added "--without-objc" but the configure 
procedure is still looking for "cc1obj" is this a bug or did I miss something?
