Follow-up Comment #17, bug #60952 (project gnustep):

I pushed the following changes:
- added (hopefully all) missing macros for Linux
- fixed loading zone from user-supplied NSData
- added tests for system TZDB, user-supplied v1 and v2.

I hope you now can take it over.
