Follow-up Comment #21, bug #60952 (project gnustep):

Hold on, I used a wrong file for v2.

With the correct file, there are two failed tests with latest code, for the
two unexpected results with latest code:

post-1996 standard time offset = 7200 (3600 expected)
post-2038 standard time offset = 7200 (3600 expected)
