Follow-up Comment #25, bug #60952 (project gnustep):

You should remove that two now unused files:
Tests/base/NSTimeZone/Paris.tzdbv1
Tests/base/NSTimeZone/Paris.tzdbv2

We use ParisV1.tzdb  and ParisV2.tzdb in the tests.
