PiSiN Desktop First Release - 0.8.2

Hello,

I am happy to announce the achievement of the first stable release of 
the Pi Step Initiative desktop.
If you have a Raspberry Pi 3B, 4 or 400, please give it a try...
I am waiting some days before announcing on the Raspberry forum.
